ERIC LAIR, Attorney
Eric Lair is EGL LAW‘s principal and founding attorney. After graduating from the University of Tulsa College of Law in December 1994, he started his legal career at a large, distinguished and well respected Oklahoma law firm. From 1996 to 2006 he fine tuned litigation skills at a small insurance defense firm, gaining invaluable experience representing individuals as well as well as large publicly traded companies, and logging many hours in depositions and in the courtroom. It was during this time that he saw firsthand how disruptive litigation can be to individuals and businesses alike. He currently serves as outside General Counsel to the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority (OTA) where he deals with a range of legal issues. The experience he has gained in this capacity as well as through representing clients in all aspects of the litigation process has made Eric a well rounded attorney capable of addressing your legal needs.
Eric is admitted to practice law in all Oklahoma courts, including the United States District Court for the Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma. Eric is also admitted to practice before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
